How to Convert Citibank Rewards Philippines Points to GetGo Points
Do you want to go on a travel vacation but you are short on budget?
If you are a Citibank Rewards Philippines cardholder and you regularly use it, you might have accumulated rewards points.
You can redeem those Citibank rewards points to fund your next travel adventure!
Look no further because here are the steps on how to convert or transfer your Citibank points to GetGo Points for Citi Thankyou Rewards Philippines customers:
Step 1
1. Go to the citibank website and click on the Login Now button.
Step 2
2. Key in your username and password and click on the Log On button.
Step 3
3. You will see your card details. Check out your available rewards points and click on the Redeem your Rewards link.
Step 4
4. You will be asked to key in the one time PIN which was sent to your registered mobile number.
Click on the continue button once you have entered the PIN.
If for some reason you were not able to receive the one time PIN, you have the option to resend it – just click on the link Resend OTP below the Continue button.
Step 5
5. The Rewards section will show up. Click on the Redeem Now button.
You will then be redirected to the Citi Thank You Rewards page which is hosted on a third party website.

6. Go to Travel menu and under it, select the Points Transfer option.
Step 7
7. Look for the Cebu Pacific GetGo partner program from the listings.
Take note of the get go point conversion: 1 getgo point equals to 3 citi rewards points.
Click on the Transfer Now button.
Step 8
8. Input or select how many Citi rewards points do you want to transfer.
You will be able to accomplish this by manually typing the number in the fields or dragging the slider to your desired points transfer amount.
There are some important notes that you need to remember:
Points can only be transferred in 1,500 point increments or intervals.
Let me give you an example: If you have 8000 points in total, you can only transfer 7,500 citi points (point intervals: 1500 3000 4500 6000 7500 and so on).
Name in Citibank and GetGo accounts should perfectly match.
Juan Jr. Dela Cruz will not be accepted as the same as Juan Dela Cruz Jr.
Even capitalization matters: Juan delaCruz is not the same as Juan DelaCruz.
If this is your case, you need to reach out to support to correct this before initiating a point transfer.
Transfer points 2 weeks before booking flight or hotel accommodation.
It is recommended that you transfer your points at least 2 weeks before booking your flight or hotel so as to avoid any inconvenience.
Step 9
9. You now need to input your Cebu Pacific Get Go Details.
Input your name and GetGo member number.
If you do not have your card with you or can’t recall your Get Go member number, you can go to the GetGo site and obtain the number there.
Step 10
10. Login to the GetGo website by inputting your email address and password.
Then, click on the login button.
Step 11
11. On the upper right hand side, you will see your GetGo member number.
Copy this number.
Step 12
12. Go back to the Citi Rewards site and paste the GetGo member number to the appropriate fields.

13. Toggle the Points Transfer Terms and Conditions option.

14. Go though the terms and conditions and at the end, you will need to tick on the ‘I accept the Points Transfer Terms and Conditions’ selection box.
Hit on the Continue button.
Step 15
15. You will now have the option to review your Citibank Points transfer request.
If all details are correct, click on the Confirm button.
Step 16
16. You will see a confirmation page stating that your request for point transfer has been submitted.
You will also receive an email regarding your point transfer request.
Take note that it could take at least 3 working days to complete the points transfer from Citibank to Cebu Pacific GetGo.

17. Although in our case, it was processed within the day we submitted the request.
Login to the GetGo website to confirm if the points are already transferred successfully.
